Returns Policy
How to Return an Item
- Initiate your return by visiting our returns portal and entering your order number and email address to generate a return shipping label. The label will be available as a downloadable PDF.
- Repackage your items in their original packaging, including all protective poly bags and with tags still attached.
- Affix the return label securely to your package and drop it off at any authorized service point. Use the locator tool in the returns portal to find your nearest drop-off location.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed after it reaches our warehouse.
- You’ll receive email notification once your refund is processed. Note that return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund total. For Klarna payments, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

Policy Details
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging is considered part of the product
- Return shipping costs (listed above) are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for worn or altered items
- Only returns using our provided labels are accepted
- Items purchased from third-party retailers cannot be returned
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or color, please return your original order and place a new order through our website.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you believe you’ve received a damaged or defective product, please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. Claims are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website.
